Depending on when you placed your order, your order could be already shipped or in the process of being packaged and shipped. If you placed your order between Monday and Friday then your order will most likely already be packed and shipped. If you placed an order on the weekend then the order will be packed and shipped on Monday morning. We generally pack and ship orders the same day they are placed. It generally takes 2 to 4 days to receive your package through USPS once it is shipped. Please note that holidays will delay some shipments. If your order has already shipped and you are curious about where it is located please use our Track My Order located under MY ACCOUNT. You can track your order in several ways on our website.

First, once we ship your order you will receive an email notification letting you know that your order has been shipped. This email will contain a “Track” button that will allow you to see the tracking information for that order. Below is an example of the email you will receive after your order is placed. The red arrow in the photo is pointing to where the tracking button is located.

Second, you can click MY ACCOUNT at the top of the website to display your account information (#1 in photo). Then click on the orders tab on the left side of that page (#2 in photo). You will be given a list of your orders. Click on the order that you are trying to track and then click the Track link on the upper left side of the displayed order (#3 in photo). This Track link will take you to the tracking page associated with this order.

Third, you can hover over MY ACCOUNT (#1 in photo) and click Track My Order (#2 in photo) to be taken to an order tracking page. Fill out the order # and your email address and your order information will be displayed. There will be a Track button on page that is displayed. Click this Track button to be taken to the USPS tracking information for this order.

We ship 99% of our orders through the United States Postal Service. You can select at checkout either USPS Priority Mail or USPS First Class Mail. Priority Mail will cost $8.00 to ship your order. First Class mail will cost $3.50 to ship your order. CBD of the Heartland offers free shipping on orders over $50.00.

Online orders usually ship the same day or the following day the order is placed, depending on what time of day the order is placed. If you place the order before 12:00 pm (Noon) then we can usually get the order in the mail the same day. USPS Priority Mail is generally 2 to 3 days to most locations in the United States but please allow for an extra day or two extra on some locations. USPS First Class mail can take a few more days than Priority mail. Please use your tracking number to see where your order is currently located.
